MISSION
Reduce Injuries
Improve Performance
Free, app-delivered neuromuscular training that builds athletic strength, agility, and control when accelerating, stopping on a dime, cutting, jumping and landing for athletes ages 13+.
Four 7-minute sessions per week.
No special equipment.
No disruption to practice schedules.
Neuromuscular training programs can dramatically reduce the risk of injury while simultaneously building better athletes.
SCIENCE
Neuromuscular training works
Neuromuscular training develops muscle memory that optimizes athletic movement. Scientific evidence shows that neuromuscular training programs can reduce the risk of field and court sports injuries by 42%¹ and ACL injury risk by 62%², while improving athletic performance³ and team win-loss records⁴ .

“I’m passionate about preventing sports injuries, yet as a parent and coach, I know how hard it is to get teen athletes on a consistent neuromuscular training program at practices.”
“With RIIP REPS, there is no cost to schools, no requirement to have an athletic trainer, no need to lean on coaches to be the exercise science experts, no disruption to practice schedules, and no special equipment is required. That’s doable.”
